You’re a fantastic human being, keep that in mind if or when you’re feeling down. To be completely honest with you I don’t watch all of your videos because sometimes I simply -and I assure you I am saying that in the most polite way possible- have other things to do, since as you already know we all have lives outside the little (?) world of youtube. But I? do agree with your opinions and your views generally speaking, and I appreciate your honesty. Keep it up.

I get similar feelings of frustration about the YouTube community… you just what to do what? you can as a creator/member of the community.

Thank you Paul so so fucking much for talking about this? and sharing your thoughts. There is such a big trend of shit in the YouTube universe that utterly baffles me. You are using YouTube at its finest. Not that is your intention or anything but your videos are really inspiring me dude!

I hope it didn’t sound as me saying you should never? do tag and challenge videos, because then my rambling didn’t make enough sense 😛 What I’m trying to say is that I usually like a video when the person who made it took some effort and seems to be having fun. I mean the cinnamon challenge was a challenge lots of people did to get viewers,not because they liked it, like you said, and I don’t like that. (so basically I agree with you… Well that took a while, I’m sorry for rambling so much..)

Tip for the heat: buy one of those big square box-looking fans and put it in the window blowing outside. the back sucks up? all the hot air in the room and forces it out 🙂

I agree with everything you said. I hope you make it? big on Youtube. You’d be the only big Youtuber to help the smaller channels. I’ve been sick and unable to make videos for a while but once I get back to making them I’m going to do a response to this video.

I really appreciate how self aware you are, in this video especially.? I’ve always seen youtube as something to do for fun/ for myself so it prevents me from caring how often I upload or how many/few people actually watch. I think there are just too many people that want nothing more than to be an internet sensation which is just the wrong way to go about it in my opinion.

I think I really like your videos because they seem really natural, you never seem like you’re putting on a face for the camera or that you are avoiding? topics you find awkward, and I think a lot of youtubers have become worried about how they look to other people, but you just seem to tell the truth and talk about what you want to say… so yeah, keep doing what you like x

I think you’ve got a very valid point, because there’s a lot of ‘YT whoring’ going on. That’s why I’ve started to ignore inbox messages in which people try to promote their channel, because I probably won’t even like? their content and there’s no way they’re going to do something in return. Sometimes it makes me wonder which people really like to watch my videos and makes me want to quit Youtube, but then I remember I am doing this for my own fun anyway. So I’ll upload what I want, when I want.

I love challenges and tags because they get my creative juices flowing sometimes. They force you to do things a different way you might not have? thought of doing. I like them. Plus people get a kick out of watching them. I love entertaining people and making them happy and laugh and if challenges do that then I will be more than happy to take part in them!

Great video. I know how you feel. I started making YouTube videos a few months after they were founded. I made some pretty cool youtuber friends who are now pretty well known and have a nice following, but for some reason we aren’t friends anymore? and I get ignored. It’s been a gradual descent into the non-friend zone with these people and it’s sad. But in a sense it’s good bc now that I’m back on YT I get to make new friends!

I post videos just whenever I feel like I don’t really plan to go anywhere on youtube more of just my hobbie, I always wanted to make youtube videos ever since the early days it? took me 7 years to jump into it but I love every minute of it. You seem like you’re a really dead on guy you sir HAVE MY SUB

i’m going to re-do the toilet tag video simply because a youtuber who i’m good friends tagged me in it, and I found it fun to make. I don’t think any video is useless, as I don’t think any videos are useFUL? exactly 🙂

Actually I´m not the biggest fan of watching challenge and tag videos, I mean, I want original stuff, or just people having fun, and I can understand as a creator it´s easier just to do something that already exists, but I like it so much more when it´s a video like this, where people (you) share your thoughts. Even though I did really like the ultimate seven tag thing, other tags like the ‘toilet’ tag are in my opinion quite useless especially when suddenly? everyone is doing them
