A “bad back” is nothing that you, as a young man, would want to court. Take all the care that is available, and do try to stay limber. Hopefully it was, a you say, a muscle thing. I know about this because I spent 20 years in Boat Yards, and 10? as a stoneMason. But in my mid 40s, it caught up with me. I use a ‘ball chair’ in my office, and a ‘Spinedok’ at home to keep it stretched out. Hope that you recover quickly!
