How do you have it so the? word you hover over in order to get the drop down menu isn’t click-able?

It’s a great idea? to put a ‘Best of” page but I don’t understand (nor can I see what your URL is because it is so blurry on my screen) what the URL is that you copied and you did not say where you copy it to. Please clarify? thanks. I don’t have a “Point to” option on my theme. Where else might it be if not at the bottom of the page?
