    Thats only for local setups. you can still do the same just? by making a database, name it anything, then click the database on the left hand side, once you’re in the database page for the database you made, click privelages at the top, and then create a user, choose local host for the host address, and then select all privelages. click go at the bottom, on loadup to the next screen, scroll down and hit “check all” again, and then go again. you’re done 🙂
