I want to show faqs with the categories that i want?? of my page because i have many pages but i want to show all the categories, but just only the categories there i wantfor example i have two categories football and eat, and the football categorie should only on the page for football and the eat categorie only on the eat page, and not booth categories on the page football or eat

Hi 🙂 FAQ’s are simply posts, tehre is a “FAQ” sidebar item that works just like blog posts. Make a new FAQ as a post and it will show up on your FAQ page you need to make a new page, then set the FAQ page as the page template in the apge attributes box.

I would try to install it via FTP then, see the instructions in our docs or the video. You probably have a limit? on file size. If you still have issues, signup and post on our support forum where we can get your info and install it for you. See FREE SUPPORT section of our docs,

There is no need now, the plugins are all fully integrated and do not need to be installed. They are auto installed when you install? the theme, you will see them all in the left sidebar. 🙂
I just need to update the video, you can see the new description that explains that as well.

i installed using the FTP method but its not prompting to install the required plugins. how do you do that part with the? FTP method?

which is the code for the faqs to put it on a page
the code [qa] is wrong? you dont have do an Video for faqs, and thefore i wanne? ask you

I get a “Are you sure you want to do this? Please try again.” message when I follow the installation instructions? – any ideas?

You post a comment by filling out the message box at the bottom of the comment page. If you dont see? that then you are not logged into the account.
The contact page is on our demo link, the same link you viewed the live site before you bought it. Go to the “contact page”.
If you cant find any of those above items, then the only option is to post your email address here in the comments and I will reply.

There’s nowhere to post? a comment on that page, which is why I’m forced to use this method of talking to you. I can see a bunch of comments, but no way to add my own. _Very_ frustrating. Also, I don’t see your logo/name anywhere on the page. How do I get to your demo contact page?

its on then same page you bought Avada with, we cant post links here in the comments or I would. Go to the Avada item page, where you bought the theme, then on the right hand side you can click on “comments” to post a comment in the comment section. Or click on our logo/name below that to view our profile page that has an email box.
Or you can simply? fill out the contact form on our demo contact page. I’ve changed the email address to go to our inbox

Where do I find your profile on themeforest,? and/or what’s it called? Not seeing it listed. Also, not sure how/where to post a comment in the item section, what/where is that?

Actually anyone can register, it does not take a code to register. The code? is only needed for the forum. Hence my comment about the purchase code. 9 out of 10 people who bring this up have not entered the code, which is why I asked.

Visit our profile page on themeforest and email? us from the email box. include your username/password and purchase code and I will set it up. I cant post the links in these comments, it wont let you. go to themeforest and find our item you bought, then click on our logo icon for “Themefusion” and find the email box on the right hand side. Send the email there, I will get it fixed for you right away. or post a comment in the item section

Who do I contact and how?

Um, yes, I did insert my purchase code, how else would I have been able? to log in? It was after I entered my purchase code, and after I was logged in to the forum, that I clicked on both the Topics and Replies links and in both cases was taken to a page that said I didn’t have sufficient permissions to access.

Hi 🙂 Well if you watched rthe video then you would see that you need to insert your “purchase code” to enter the forum. First your register, then you enter your purchase code. Your purchase has to be verified to enter the forum, see the video that shows you where to get the purchase code, and there is also a screenshot on that page that? shows you where to get it.
