You can edit a theme just like you would normally edit a theme using an editor. It sounds like you might need some assistance with theme editing. For more information about editing themes, visit the official WordPress documentation at codex wordpress org. You may wish to review the? theme author sections.

I am really stuck. I got DesktopServer Limited and I use Dreamweaver. I want to edit the theme in Dreamweaver, but? I do not have the Premium version of DesktopServer. How can I edit it without the Premium version in Dreamweaver? Thanks!

Hi Christopher,
Yes, DesktopServer Premium will remain active without support. There are no ‘timers’ within the software. The one-time fee is only for support and access to the latest versions released? during that 1 year period.

Hello Christopher, Dreamweaver Live Preview functionality on WP template files is only available in the DesktopServer Premium version. Similar functionality also works for Coda2 users on Mac. You can preview your themes within the? WYSIWYG editor in Dw or Coda2.

DesktopServer, (which based on XAMPP) is the only server that does this (that I know of). It’s “aware” because DesktopServer checks the browser agent profile for Dreamweaver,? Coda 2, or AirPreview via Diet Coda for iPad, and automatically makes a series of adjustments to aid WordPress specific designers and developers see their work in realtime.

fantastic. Can you elaborate on Desktop server’s “aware when we’re using Dreamweaver”? What does it mean exactly and? does wamp have the same feature?
