Don’t worry you’ll get it. You may want to check out my CSS Video tutorial. Everything is boxes? and I explain that in that tutorial. In CSS Video Tutorial Pt 4 I make a whole website in less than 15 minutes. Cross Browser Horizontal Menu and Create A Website Menubar should also help. By looking at it done a couple of times you’ll get it. Feel free to skip forward in the videos to the menu part. I hope that helps 🙂

I’d float? everything either to the left or right. I’d use a filler div though and not the css float. If it is overused some browsers go crazy

ok thanks i will definitely try that one last question i only have about 4 categories but each category image is about 150px wide and my nav bar container is about 960px wide what would you consider doing to? fill the remaining unoccupied space with to make the nav bar look like it flows naturally?

Insert divs at both ends of .art-blockcontent-body with the rounded corners and have the part that is rounded be whatever your background color is behind the menu. ?

the nav bar that i created have a border-radius of 10px. how would you suggest adding the background-image so that the first? catergory and the last/end of the nav bar have rounded edges?

Thanks for answering my questions. I figured out one of them. I still have trouble with the background image. I don’t know why my doesn’t work. I mean I actually copied that from your tutorial. Again, the css is => #menuDiv? ul li a:link, #menuDiv ul li a:visited, #menuDiv ul li a:active { background-image: url(‘./img/myimage.jpg’); }
