If you are used to word processors like Microsoft Office Word or Apples I-Works then you’ll find the WordPress “visual editor” very similar. However because of the visual editors design & functionality it can be a little confusing for newbie’s at first glance. The editor provides a semi-WYSIWYG (What You See is What You Get) content editor that allows you to easily make, change, and design your blog content. The “visual” editor is the default editing mode of WordPress.com. Make sure you are not using the HTML editor, unless you know how to edit in HTML. I love the way you go slow and step-by-step, without assuming we “already know”? the basics. ? There are already so many “tutorials” around which “assume” that we know the “basics”. No need to compete with them; “truly” step-by-step is your niche.
