Your HostGator name and password. Good question! Though if you aren’t using HostGator it may not be? the same. I’ve seen some crummy, cheap hosting companies use a different FTP username and password from the CPanel name. remember if you are using HostGator, they have the Fantastico option. You just fill out three or four boxes and Bam! it’s installed.

Do i type in my site name.com and the password i used? to login into Hostgator or the MySQL name and password? Thanks.

Yes, you are making sense. Most people have no idea where to begin with a website. So, it’s best to start at the very beginning. It’s nice to say that you want to work on your website before? you release it to the world, but don’t wait so long that you never get around to doing it.

Your tutorial is the best one I’ve seen on YouTube. I can’t figure out why it is, though, that all of? the tutorials begin by talking about domain names and uploading to a server? I planned on spending quite a bit of time working on my site before finally putting it up on the web. I don’t know much. Am I making any sense?
