I? could only put gif image, not jpg image, how could I solve it, as if I input gif image (converted from jpg), it’s vague, with colour lost.

i have a question that is sort of off topic but maybe someone could answer. ok say somthing sent me a picture using tinypic. tinypic deleted the picture.

I would like a CIW qualification (Certified? Internet Webmaster), but yet no one appears to offer this.

This is really useful because I’ve been told there aren’t any colleges in UK which teach HTML. The only? thing available is a 10 week course in DreamWeaver. If you want to know what’s actually going on behind the scenes though there’s nothing.
