In my product creation I followed your tutorial. I had already set up attributes for size and colour, I set the product to variable type and in the attributes tab went to add attribute, this showed the attribute for colour for example but when i checked the box use variables the check? box for select all was not there. I updated the product but when going back in to edit the attributes had disappeared an not been saved. Am I missing something?

I am still testing WooCommerce in a test server environment, but I think there? are at least two ways to choose the order of products on your site. If the product is a “simple product,” under product data, general tab, you can select your own “sku.” My guess is that sku order is the default order. Another way to do it is, if it is a “simple product,” under product data, advanced, create your own “custom ordering position” under menu order.

I’m glad to hear that the tutorial has been helpful. I know that your site visitors do have the option of sorting your products by Price, Alphabetically, and Most Recent via a drop down on the Shop page. Off the top of my head? I’m not sure how easy it is to sort your products by price in the wp admin. Please feel free to contact me via UploadWP.com if you still have this question and I’d be happy to take a closer look. Thanks for the positive feedback and best of luck with your site! Adam

Oh this is great! I just had my website redone by a REAL developer but I am going to be able to do updates; this is very helpful. I have one quick question: is there a way I can change the order in? which certain products appear on my site? Ex: can I sort them to display by price?

Hi Hayley – I’m glad to hear that the tutorial was helpful and that you like the WooStore theme. Off the top of my head, I’m not sure that there is an easy way to remove the Account |? Checkout | Cart icon in the WooCommerce or WooStore settings. I just quickly scanned through the settings and did not see an option to remove that. It might require some tweaking to the code which you can most likely get done for $5 on Fiverr.com – Also, please scan through the WooCommerce support forum – Thanks

Great tutorial! i love this theme – but im having trouble, i cant figure out how to have different options for quantities – as we have sets of envelopes like 25 sets, 35 sets all they way up to 1000 or more.. in 4 different colours with variable images printed onto them!
so i wondered how i can remove “my account | shopping cart | checkout ” and the cart shopping trolly £0….??? i think i’ll write the pricing and quantity information in the ‘product? details’ as well as an online order form.

Some great videos Adam thanks! I have set up a site with just downloadables and would like to know if there is some way to require just name and email address during checkout. Seems like the program is set up to get much more information than I need.
Any information would be? GREATLY appreciated.
