Logging in to WordPress

As simple as it may sound, if you’re new to WordPress, and you forget to bookmark your login screen, it can be pretty easy to forget where you log in. One of the easiest ways to log in is to open the email you received when you first installed WordPress and click the link which will take you to the login screen. The other option is to enter the address directly. The format is your domain/wp-admin. So if your domain is robotgears.net, you would type in www.robotgears.net/wp-admin. If you installed WordPress in a sub-directory, you’ll need to include that. For instance, if you installed it in a folder entitled blog, you would type in www.robotgears.net/blog/wp-admin.
