Embed Video in a WordPress Blog

If it’s bigger than 8 MB then you probably can’t upload it directly to WordPress. You have to first host it someplace, and then embed that player in your blog. Here’s a quick tutorial on how to do that, along with some trouble-shooting tips.

When i check it on visual you can see the samething as yours? but then when i publish it the video does not get published =[
