cPanel is like your desktop where you can choose options to perform some works on your web hosting.
It has many icons, like File Manager, Fantastico to allow you uploading, downloading, or installing some softwares? in your webhost.
You can install wordpress in Fantastico, which is faster, but I prefer installing wordpress manually in cPanel.
