you can install a membership plugin to your blog there are many plugins which does that.
Search google for membership plugin or visit this site? cheapwordpressjobs . com and i will install one 4u.

This is how it works! , You have your webhost then you install wordpress script to your domain then you’ll be provided automatically with login info to your wordpress blog.
