I’ve got a four-column row of pics and I need to? follow it with another four-column row of? pics, but at the moment there’s too much space between the rows. Do you know how to fix this?

When you select(blue) the text you say something that sounds like “Cat it” is that “Cut it”? If so, what does that mean? Delete?? If I do that (using three columns) and preview my text isn’t there. The only text left is Third Column. What am I doing wrong?
