Hey, you can add a border to the images in photo shop if you want? Another plugin that does it? automatically is easing slider. I have a tutorial for that one on my website if you want to use that. You can add this to the sidebar, just add the shortcode to a text widget and make sure you adjust the size settings so it fits right.

Hey Patco, the only way to have text within the slide would be to add it to the photo in photoshop or whatever program you prefer. You can have a slideshow and then text around it but the text won’t rotate. On the website you had sent me as an example, they are setting that up more so with different pages and then using some javascript to get the sliding effect. I do not? know of a plugin that does this however we have done it before on custom jobs and it was about 15 hours of labor.

Hey Evon, could be a number of things. The fact that? one slide shows and then it tries to switch is encouraging. Please double check the settings and make sure the other images you are adding are large enough.

The only sliders that have had this actually came with the theme and were not ones that were available in the plugins directory. If you send me the link or name of the plugin you are trying to use I can make a tutorial on how to configure that one? It may just be a matter of sizing on the images that is? messing up your slider.
