Okay, the problem was that they didn’t show that you need to click “HTML” tab on wordpress.
You can’t copy and paste the HTML code you just copied from youtube? into the visual editor, you have to switch to the HTML editor.
NOTE – if you edit the page after embedding, the video will likely disappear due to some kind of wordpress glitch. So, I recommend you do all of your page layout and editing, then add the video last.
nope doesn’t work. I’m a designer myself, but I can’t figure out what they did in wordpress. I don’t know if the version? I’m working with just refuses to show video. I’ve tried the iframe embed, and the object embed, nothing works.
once it previews or even if i hit save draft, it completely erases the embed code.
