Just means your settings are wrong, double check your login; password; and server settings. Different host-severs have different login requirements; which can be annoying to figure out but can often be found in their FAQs … and filezilla tutorials are pretty common in those FAQs.

hey, great vid and tutorial. Just one thing. I wanna change the theme on my wordpress blog and I enter all the needed information on filezilla but once I click connect, it connects and it says “waiting for welcome message” and the next thing is that it can’t connect because of a “connection timeout” I’d really appreciate it if you could help me!
