Title says it all. I am HONESTLY trying to satisfy all tutorial requests I’ve gotten. I am committed to this. If you are looking for yours, all I can as is: Be patient. I will get to it. I’ve started working on backcrosses recently, and that pyramid practice method you’ve mentioned in other tutorials seems to work nicely. Around 10 sets of 2 backcrosses in a row, then 4 or 5 sets of 3 in a row, and finishing off with a set of 4 in a row.

wow this really helps! i remember watching it when it was first posted, but i wasn’t even working on backcrosses at the time. now that i am practicing them, i will definitely use your tips :]

I think the style in which you look side to side is harder– but it looks cooler.

I use 2.75 sportjugglingco balls, slightly underfilled and Renegades 85mm.

hey were do you buy your equiptment, i like the look of those white balls you use, also it looks liek the clubs have a nice flight weight
what do you reccomend?

For me ball bxxs are easier though I just started working on club bxxs.
So maybe its gonna change.

backcrosses with balls ARE harder than clubs. !!!!!!!!!!!

nice tutorial it was helpful. i was wonderring if im the only one that finds backcrosses with balls harder than with clubs?

haha, i did my first 3 club backcrosses flash today. Hurray for me, and the verry same day i could do the flash many times, and proper. I worked 30 min on it.. i never really worked hard on it until now! š

Good tutorial ctjuggles! It helps a lot! I can almost do the 3 club backcrosses!

i can, i do some doubles, verry low. and then some flats. and then 360 into doubles.. never really tryed triples. doubles looks fine if you keep them low, were you thinking of connections?

I don’t really know. I haven’t really drilled that trick to see how many I can get. I’ve just sort of tossed that one in there for 12 catches or so after doing other things. What I really want to be able to do it run that trick for like 12 catches right after triples. Can you do that? If so, any hints?

i learned to do like 50 catches on one week, its not difficult, how many can u do?

great tutorial as always. ive started practicing and can get 2 throws at a time consistantly but three is really messy at the moment but im sticking with it. ill upload a video when i get closer
