Im a musician with my website hosted by another company and because they are associated with music they are charging $20.00 a month and for what I am using on their site I can pay only 4.95 a month. i trie installing xampp-win32.exe file but when i clicextrct it comes up as empty.

Why not just install it on a dev part of your server so you don’t have to install IIS or Apache and MySQL in Windows?
