There is USB loader for PS3, but it is meant for the early early launch PS3 units.
The NEW PS3 that you get today will not work with the USB loader.

wow that’s pretty sweet! i have quite a few irresponsible siblings who have multiple times ruined my games, i might use this as back up! :3
and it would be neat to see you make a video of loading it up on your ps2!
