This beginner-level tutorial shows how to insert an image using WordPress version 2.5 or later. I’m brand new to blogging, and a complete beginner. I found this very helpful and easy to understand. Thanks!

alexosh1234,
Thanks for your question.
First, make sure the imaage is in one of the supported file formats like JPG or GIF or PNG. (Let me know if you need to know how to check that.)
Be sure to click SAVE CHANGES or INSERT INTO POST before leaving the Insert Image dialog box.
Are you using the Insert Image button or something else to upload?
Are you using WordPress version 2.5 / 2.6 or are you using something earlier?
