you don’t open it from your hard drive. More then likely it is a zipped file. You unzip the file to a folder on your hard drive then you upload that folder to the plugins folder on your website just like shown in the video. Please review the video several times if it is not clear the first time.

i downloaded it on my hard drive now but i seems not able to open it and lunch it the way you did it.

what was the name of the program that you launched the podpress from?i like to know cos i am really interested to know more about wordpress.
